  This place does business the way business SHOULD be done. I had taken my son’s mountain bike to Jay’s in Reedsburg, and they spoke to me as if they didn’t even want to help at first, then said that they could make the bike “operational, and safe to ride” for around $200. I agreed to it. They had me pick it up, stating that they removed a couple links in the chain, and “serviced” it. Charged me $198. The following day, his chain broke. I took the bike to a friend (who knows bikes). He said that the chain was so bad, that the FIRST thing that should have been done was to replace that chain. He recommended Wild Side. I took it to them, and had an amazing experience: They were almost excited to work on it. They were prompt in communicating with me, asking how I would like to proceed when issues were revealed, and COMPLETELY cleaned it all up, and replaced almost all of the parts/components including new brake lines/bleeding. The bike looks and operates like brand new, and they charged me a little over $100 more than Jays did for essentially doing nothing to the bike. Needless to say: I’m a BIG fan; and guess where I’ll go when I need anything else??!?!! Several friends have already said they will be going to Wild Side with their bikes now, as well.

  Stopped in w 2 Schwinns fresh from a 20 year hibernation in our garage and Jimmy got the tires filled in under 10 mins. He told us the oldest one needed a special tire and he could order one for us if we wanted to leave it. Wanted to give a tip but we didn’t have enough change so here is my review! 5 stars! Great customer service from the moment we walked in greeted by the counter person and when we left by easy going Jimmy!

  Jeff was awesome. Not only did he hook us up with great gear, but amazing demos, and information as well. I will be returning.. take my money

  Treated very well today. Very nice people and so helpful. All I needed was a new innertube put in. Done in short order. Better and closer for me to drive there than to Speeds in Sparta. I will return when the need arises!
