  Sirona Spring is a Hidden Gem!
  
  I've lived in North Hudson, two streets over from Sirona Spring, for seven years. I drive past it regularly, but I just discovered Julie's place. I suppose this goes to show: when the Student is ready, the Teacher will appear.
  
  I was seeking relief from [minor] physical pain.
  What I found: Rejuvenation of my belief in a Higher Power (which is Positive Energy), Reassurance that synchronizing my mind & body is the key to healing anything that needs healing, and Informed Directive on how I can utilize centuries-old holistic practices to reduce dependence on Western medicine (which is presently failing my family & I).
  
  I am at a place in my life where I am looking to heighten my awareness of self, to improve my quality of life, define my and nurture my strengths, and further my career. I am presently unhappy in my current role at a company that I hope to retire from. What is holding me back? A plateau, perhaps. My Biofeedback sessions with Julie have opened my mind, recharged my drive to grow, and expanded my desire for a sense of balance in my life.
  
  At the turn of the decade, I knew: 2020 is my year, I just did not quite know how. Julie is helping me define just that.
  
  I highly recommend Sirona Spring. If you’re not sure, TRY IT. I believe you will come to understand just what it is you can gain from it, as it helps you define what it is you need.

  I have been a client of Betsy's for several years. I always look forward to my appointments, knowing I will feel great when I leave. She has many talents and has used acupuncture, massage, cupping and guasha on me. I highly recommend her!

  Betsy is fantastic!! I have seen her for acupuncture, cupping and massage. She is incredibly knowledgeable about treating the whole body and her treatments have provided healing relief for tendonitis and muscle pain. I would highly recommend Betsy!!

  I was referred to see Betsy for Acupuncture and I have been twice now. She is so caring and nice and she really listened to all of my concerns! I would very much recommend her to anyone and everyone. I am a skeptic, but after only seeing her 2 times I am now a true believer! The owner Julie is very nice too! When I had inquired about their services she called me the next day to acknowledge my request.

  Been visiting Sirona Spring for a few years now, both old and new locations and its a good place for wellness and health. As they grow more and more, it may be more like a 1 stop shop for wellness, but they do many things now from Essential oils, Bio Feedback, acupuncture, Infared Sauna, vibe plate they have day spas and classes and considering other modalities too in the future. I think you'll like it here at Sirona Spring.... :))))
