Walmart Pharmacy

Other pharmacies I've had experiences with seem to believe it's ok to tell you you're prescription will be delivered in a week or so ... we will give you a call when we get around to it... Walmart cares. They typically have my prescriptions ready same day or next day. Then they help me find products I need in the over the counter Pharmacy isles if I need assistance. They're always polite and although they are busy they still do a great job.

I do not trust my prescriptions going to any other pharmacy! The staff has almost aways been exceptional to both of us. My husband has been getting monthly prescriptions from due to a work related injury for almost a year and a half now and every time we've had an issue with worker's comp (who has been awful), they have done everything in their "Wal-Mart" power to make sure things get done correctly and promptly, including returning our calls with the necessary information we need to get things taken care of. I have had a few instances where our prescriptions have gone elsewhere by "clinical error" and have had HORRIBLE experiences, including at the Hudson, WI Wal-Mart Pharmacy and Walgreens. I'd like to thank the New Richmond WI Wal-Mart Pharmacy for all the care they have given to us in our time of suffering and also thank them for working on behalf of the bitter, rude, and ungrateful people they have to deal with on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. No one is perfect in this world, but I know without a doubt that when they CAN do the right thing, the Wal-Mart Pharmacy team in New Richmond WI WILL do the right thing. Keep up the great work, guys! We love you!

Wonderful people and very helpful staff. The pharmacists here are knowledgable and take the time to explain. Cheapest pharmacy in town with prompt service. You wouldn't think Walmart would have the best service, but they made my experience exceptional. Thanks New Richmond Walmart!
