Gilbys diagnosed the issue while on the phone and then came to my home to do a quick fix because I couldn't take my bike to the shop. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because that is by far the best customer service I have ever had.

Whether it was my Buell Blast, or now my new Harley 100th Anniversary 1200cc Sportster, they treat each person and their 'pride and joy's with dignity and respect. John at the desk has been very helpful - over the phone, and in person - and accommodating, and Gilby (the owner) CLEARLY knows the value of treating customers right.
Outstanding! And a tremendous credit, especially to our community!
