Tim, who did my install was also amazing. On time, quicker than estimated and overall awesome. Use master services for your needs! It’s hard to find a trustworthy provider-and they are.
Additional March review: they came out again for a water heater tube up. Very professional, timely and nice. Efficient and great work! I will continue to use Master Services in the future! -

Thomas was here today to perform my yearly furnace inspection and did a great job. I highly recommend you sign up for their yearly membership they offer !

I called tonight in a panic because of a "weird noise" in the house - Ed was able to come after hours and arrived 30min ahead of schedule. While it turns out that I will need a well inspection, Ed was able to put a fix in place that solved the problem and explained the whole process of what he was doing to me. Everyone that comes out to service my home from Master Services is so amazing - I truly cannot say enough good things about every experience (large and small) that I've had. Thank You for giving me peace of mind tonight!

(January 24, 2019, 3:46 pm)Thomas showed up very fast, especially for an after hours call. He happened to be heading home and driving near our house so he got there within 15 minutes. He assessed the issue with our furnace (the flame sensor needed replacement) and he repaired it quickly and got our home warming up again quickly. Great job, and very friendly!

(January 8, 2019, 10:54 am)I had the opportunity to use Master Services for some plumbing issues. Dan - the tech - was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. Prompt arrival - excellent communication and handled my issues very well. Chelsey in the office has great customer service skills. She answered all my questions and explained their yearly maintenance plan without any hard selling. She sold me on it without even trying just by knowing the facts and giving a great presentation. I’m with Master Services for the next year for all my plumbing, AC and heating issues. I’m hoping I don’t have to call them much, but if I do that I will get excellent service at a fair price.
