I'm not certain about this companies low ratings.... It certainly appears that some people are disgruntled and trying to give them a bad name. I had the misfortune of needing a jump start this last week as with thousands of others, and my motorclub informed me that this company was coming out and coming out from 130 miles away. I cringed in fear because of the reviews that I have seen. I immediately called the company to ask why would they be coming out and not someone more local, and the response was reasonable. The motorclub's use contracted companies that have had background checks, licensing has been checked and above all their insurance has been verified, and given the weather, the local companies have refused to come out, or are just too backed up to come out. The technician appeared an hour later and explained that he was fitting me in on his way back from another customer that lived even further away. I worried about the next customer not getting their service fast enough, and the tech assured me that the next customer was aware of his stop here, and she had nowhere important to be. The tech not only got my car started, he also added air to my tires which he noticed looked low, apparently with temp changes like we had last week this is normal.

Not only would I use them again, I highly recommend them. Don't make your decision based just on these reviews, give them a chance or trust that your motorclub is sending real professionals to help you.

Awesome service! Would absolutely use again! I needed a jump in torrential rain on the side of a busy road and he came to the rescue. Was professional, quick and responsive.
