    We love this branch! They treat us like family and always go above and beyond with customer service. Our doggos sure love the treats in drive thru as well!! You wont be disappointed with choosing Bank Five Nine.

    The girls and guys at the Hartford branch are always so friendly and helpful. They always call you be your first name also. Could not ask for better customer service. The fresh baked cookies on Friday are an added bonus. I have been a customer for 40 years and would never want to go anywhere else. Keep up all the good work.😀😀😀

    My wife and I chose First Bank (now Bank Five Nine) due to the closing of the Hartford branch of our former local banking institution. We feel fortunate to have connected with Patti Jacobi during our first visit to this bank. Patti's advice was informative, inclusive and helpful. Since 2019 to present date we are grateful for Patti's personal touch as well as the kind and knowledgeable service from the other Bank Five Nine employees we have encountered.
