We have used this facility several times. And I should have written this earlier. Working with Karen is by far the best experience. She is friendly, professional and honest. One day in winter I was struggling to lock up the unit, I called Karen and she very patiently walked me thru it!

We had a moving situation that resulted in the need for multiple storage units - we were able to get them all here. I liked that the facility is secured, and was very "user friendly" - they had pallets and brooms available, it was well lit, not too much traffic. The staff was top notch too. They'd follow up on availability, never had to wait to get helped, once we moved out we got all of our deposit/unpaid rent refunded very quickly. The lady there, Karen, is top notch. My best experience with self-storage. Not that this is something glamorous, but odds are when you need one you've got other things going on in your life, it's nice to not have this be a hassle too.
