  It was super busy when I arrived. I stood in line for over 15 minutes or more. It wasn't the guys fault behind the counter...He was the only one up there. Then here I need 2 new front tires and alignment which backed him up even more! I didn't get my car back yesterday but I got there later in the day so that's on me. Overall the customer service was great and he took time to listen to what I wanted & never tried to get me to purchase more than needed! Very happy with my experience!

  The staff at Tire Discounters Preston Highway are always friendly and helpful. I had a bubble in my tire and they were able to get me in and out quickly and their warranty on the tires saved me a pretty penny!
  
  Everyone there genuinely wants to help and I’ll return for as long as I live in the area!

  Great experience. My limit did not come out right the first time. I called and they asked me to bring it back. And they made sure it was proper by the time I left. They actually cared more about it than I did.

  Great place, good people, and prompt service. Would love to see you establish a store closer to the Taylor Blvd and Central Ave area. I believe it would be of great convenience to more customers in this area.

  Had appointment for 8 am for new set of tires. Said it would be a couple hours. Went to Meijer for those hrs. Got a call from Mark and he said the inter bearing on the driver side was going bad. Had him to tell the crew to replace it and Mark said it would take about a hour. An hour later I arrived back at TD to find the wrong part was order and I had purchase milk and some steaks that were in a shopping cart. Hubert keep me inform of everything going on with my car and the order part. Hubert did this while he was the only one at the counter and it was busy. Hubert even help out his crew while customers were causing drama in the customer area. My son pick me up to get the grocery's home. A couple of hours later TD called and said the car was ready. I pick up the car and notice the 4 wheel drive wasn't popping no more. Not a car person and wasn't sure what the noise was. I'm very please with the service, kindness and care of my car. Don't know what that would of cost me if it wasn't fixed at this time.
