  Mr. Livingston helped me out immensely in my case against my employer. He came very well prepared and the situation went from possible termination to as if nothing ever happened. He definitely fights for you and keeps you up to date on your case. I will hire him again if need be and have referred him to other people as well. He gets the job done.

  Max has always been a great advocate for me never doubting what I had to say. He handled my case professionally and won the case in court with absolutely no problem. He was always in contact with me letting me know what was happening and how my case was progressing. He was so effective that I hired him for a second employment law case and he has supported me all the way. I have nothing but good things to say about Max. He knows what he's doing and he gets the job done.
