(February 8, 2020, 7:17 pm)This is a beautiful center for wellness and meditation that’s staffed by some of the kindest and friendliest practitioners I’ve ever met.
We practiced meditation today with a lovely group of fellow travelers headed by Misa, who guided us through a 90-minute session of compassionate meditation. It was a truly uplifting experience.
That’s only the beginning of what is offered at this versatile center of healing. We’ve only scratched the surface of what’s available here, and plan to come back here often. -
