John is very thorough, detail oriented, and walked us through every single step of listing our home and answered all of our questions. After an initial meeting, John laid out the steps of listing our home, and the approach he wanted to take on listing our home. Due to his hard work and dedication he managed to get us over asking price and had met many of our needs.

He also guided us through our home buying/building process with ease. He was a responsive liaison to the builder and was a strong advocate for us the entire way. John's knowledge and experience in real estate was on full display to us as he made the entire process virtually (no pun intended) stress free.
