  Just moved to IVS; pups had ear infections. We were seen promptly, exam rooms crazy comfortable, discussed current and future needs with vaccinations and food choices. Dr. Kristin is both knowledgeable and compassionate in her care. Our vet tech, Vickie was amazing as well.

  The staff at IVS take great care of my pets. I've noticed a difference in my pets behaviors from our prior vet office to IVS. They do not looked as stressed and enjoy seeing the staff. If they do become stressed the staff take their time in working with my pets. I have been going to IVS since they opened.

  Dr Alli is absolutely wonderful. When I made the decision to have in home euthanasia for my Princess Leia, Dr Alli was recommended. Not only am I thankful I chose the in home route, I am so thankful for Dr Alli and how comforting, supportive, and understanding she was. When the vet that you only just met for the first time that night has tears in her eyes as you are saying goodbye to your pet, that is when you know you have found such an amazing person. Dr Alli, I cannot thank you enough. I look forward to bringing my other girls to you for all of their veterinary care

  Kind, thorough, and talented staff. Supportive of homemade/raw diets and happy to help with them. They sit on the floor with the animals to watch them move in spacious rooms with pet-level windows. I love them so much I drive 40 minutes from my home in Oconomowoc.

  Worth EVERY penny to have someone who will sit on the floor with the dogs and make them feel comfortable. Each dog was given the attention they needed and all of our questions and concerns were talked about without being rushed. This is an amazing practice to go to where each animal is treated as a unique individual. Every effort is made to make the dogs as relaxed and comfortable as possible including calming music, diffusers, and dehydrated treats. At no point was my dog forced to stand on a table for an exam (there are no exam tables only mats on the floor and a couch), and Dr. Lisa was at their eye level the whole time. We couldn't be more excited to have a place that truly cares the way we do about our dogs!
