I was experiencing some other symptoms due to other sports-related injuries as well. After my acupuncture treatments, I have resumed full exercise, and I have never felt better. Combine the quality of care with courteous and professional demeanor, and great facilities, and you have a 5 star experience.

I tried Heaven and Earth based on a recommendation from a family member and have been back several times over the years, mainly for healing sciatica, pinched nerve and muscle tension. For me acupuncture here has been way more effective in both the short and long run than chiropractic ever was. Kyle and Novia are not only extremely skilled professionals, they are kind and wonderful human beings. Highest recommendation.
