This is the location to go if you want the ideal blonde shade. Assuring that you are happy with everything, Joelle takes her time. The setting is adorable, peaceful, and full of tasty snacks and interesting conversation. Never will I go to anyone else.

I have been getting my blonde hair treated for 20 years and it’s never come out looking as shiny, healthy, and perfectly colored as it did after visiting Joelle. The woman is a hair magician.
