5 stars all around. Gene helped us immediately and was very knowledgeable about what was causing my shin splints and what kind of shoe would help prevent this. Answered every single question I could think of, and made sure the shoe I ended up buying was the perfect shoe for me. Didn’t try to oversell anything, but did show me some accessory options (socks and insoles, I ended up getting socks but not the insoles). Another customer came in and he helped both of us at the same time efficiently and made sure we both had what we needed. I’ll definitely come back to this store and I’m sure it’ll be another amazing experience! 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely happy with my purchase of new balance, running shoes and more than ecstatic about the way I was treated while I was there! The woman who helps me was extremely friendly and very informative, also learned that I was running and completely the wrong shoes before I bought my new balance. They are definitely going to have a return customer, would highly recommend for the future.

Gene took such good care of both of us. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful! He was able to correct a tracking issue while running for one of us and get the other two different kinds of shoes for different activities.
