  I previously used a different local large medical provider in town that I was displeased with. It was very hard to get timely appointments. Upon switching to American Behavioral, I have been extremely happy. Getting my first appointment was so fast (took 3 months at the previous provider!) It’s always easy to schedule follow up appointments here and I love that they have later hours so I don’t have to take time off of work. Carolyn is a fantastic psychiatrist. She’s proactive and gets straight to the point. Appts are fast but thorough. She’s been very helpful with assisting me through a couple different medications. I highly recommend American Behavioral.

  A fine place for professional mental healthcare. The front desk person is always knowledgable and friendly. Dr Sprung is caring and intelligent and goes out of his way to ensure that I understand the details of lab results and side effects.
