(November 27, 2018, 8:39 pm)Rented from Sept 18-Nov 21. No mice . No issues. All of our items were as we stored them, when unloaded into our uhaul. Very pleased. Did not charge us a full month for the partial month used. Extremely friendly, thoughtful and caring.

(May 18, 2018, 5:54 pm)I've had my stuff at Indian Grass for close to 5yrs. I'm just now getting it all out. I've had very few problems with the owners. A few misunderstandings, but nothing terrible. The only problem I ran into with any of my stuff is mice. Yup, mice had a field day. I suggest using bins and very secure boxes. I week add that this had nothing to do with the facility. There's nothing they could have done to prevent it. Tiny field mice are sneaky like Mickeys!
