I am new to the area and my daughter had heard of American Imports. I called, they were very flexible with my appointment and I was able to get in the same week. They checked the entire car over and found that the fuel tank straps were rusted through. They ordered the parts and had them flown in so that the repair was done the next day. I felt they were very thorough, very kind and I will be using them again.

Always customer focused. They continue to use expert diagnostics to understand the problem and great communication to share the issue with me. I have older vehicles with high mileage and I really appreciate the "right sized" evaluation and options. Highly recommended..

My first visit to American Imports was a pleasant one. Oil/filter chg. Filter
cover damaged & needed replacemt. They ordered part, i went home in loaner & car was done by end of day. Friendly, efficient service. Clean & relaxing waiting area. That is a win win. I’m really happy to find an honest & reliable shop for my auto maintenance.

Second time being here in two days! Don't be concerned. Been receiving mailers from them for years now, and finally figured I would give them a shot. So pleased that I did. Much cheaper than going to the dealership for routine maintenance. Both vehicles were seen promptly as scheduled. No services were given the "hard sell"! Rather advised. Staff I have dealt with have been courteous, and friendly. The reception area is clean, and comfortable. Also the best music selection I have yet to hear in any business.

Staff found tires that was in our budget but were great quality. They never go under their quality standards. Got my vehicle in the shop and out quickly. They contacted me after to make sure our vehicle was riding smoothly for us. This is the best customer service I've ever received I will definitely bring our vehicles back and recommend others.
