Jack is the best! He’s knowledgeable, straight forward, and honest. He helped me find great deals on my business, vehicles, and commercial building insurance while guiding me to limit my exposure to risk/liability. Being a construction contractor I don’t give out recommendations easily because you are lending your reputation to another person but I wholeheartedly endorse Jack and Colonial for all your insurance needs!

After a recent storm that damaged my car, I contacted my agent at Colonial Insurance next day (Dan). Within the same day, Dan reached out and provided the details needed and informed my the claim was filed with Acuity. A few hours later, Acuity called my cell with local shops to repair my car. Thank you for the quick turnaround and appreciate all the support!

I have had the pleasure to choose Colonial Insurance for my Home Insurance. This was a new area for myself and not very familiar with all the policies that go into insurance especially finding the most beneficial insurance for my home. Luckily, I was able to be appointed to Colonial and more specifically Jack Larsen. He was a huge help on explaining the ins and outs when it comes to my coverage along with the other insurance companies that provided less coverage than Colonial. It was a huge help and relief to have someone guide me through the process. Not only was the process and experience super seamless, it came with a great coverage at a very great rate. I would HIGHLY recommend Colonial to any friends or family. Actually, I did recommend to my family and they also are insured by Jack Larsen and Colonial Insurance Agency. I will come to them for any future Insurance needs.

Don MacLeod has been a blessing to work with over the past 15+ years! As a single mom, I was trying to navigate the insurance system (*gulp*) and I found Don to be knowledgeable, supportive, kind and efficient. He was a word-of-mouth referral. He was always there to answer questions and still is! You send an email after-hours, you get an immediate system reply! He follows up when he says he will.
Oh and his son Dan has been helping me lately and he is a chip off the old block! (I'm not calling you an "old block" Don, but you know what I mean! 😄) If you need insurance of any kind--you'd be foolish not to use Colonial! They are the type of people that if they can't help you (which is likely impossible), they would find someone who can. I have NO doubt!

Can’t say enough good things about the service we received from Jack and team. My wife and I were hesitant to switch insurance companies, we had become comfortable with our previous provider.
