Dickson Hollow

My mother called Dickson Hollow home for 4 years. As I was there quite often I was able to interact with front desk staff, administrative staff, kitchen staff and the care team. The compassion my mother and I felt from all departments was outstanding. As my mothers needs changed everyone was so accommodating. I could go on and on about this facility as our expectations were exceeded at every level.

Great place to work!! I got myself let go because I didn’t show up for work anymore with things going on with my life but this was the best place I’ve ever worked at. The residents make you feel so loved and everyday felt like you accomplished something good out of the day. For someone who had anxiety and little bit of depression, I’d recommend this place for anybody that wants a job. It’ll keep you focused and they are very positive there. Jenny the director is very sweet and the HR is very easy to get ahold of. I’ll miss this day for a very long time and like I said, this is the best place I’ve ever worked at. Just wanna note that I’m not there anymore because of my own stupid decisions but if it wasn’t for things going on outside of work, I’d still be employed

The building is beautiful. The food and amenities are great. But what sets Dickson Hollow apart is the people. The leadership is supportive and compassionate and the care team is top notch. I highly recommend.

Even though my grandma was only able to call Dickson Hollow home for a short time, it was the absolute best experience my family could have asked for. The staff is friendly, responsive, and compassionate. We knew she was receiving the best care possible, which brought us so much comfort. If you are looking for a senior community for yourself or your loved one, Dickson Hollow should definitely be at the top of your list.

I have lived here for 4 years and I am happier than I have ever been in my life!!! The staff at all levels is caring and always trying to improve our environment and experiences. I sold our house and my husband and I moved here because of his failing health. He passed 1 1/2 yrs. ago and I’m still here and loving it. I wanted a place that didn’t look or smell like a nursing home and we found it at Dickson Hollow. We also wanted a place where we could transition to assisted care or memory care if we needed it, but remain within the new social network we worked so hard to develop. We also wanted to have dining options on the premises so that I wouldn’t have to cook all our meals or go out, especially in the winter. This facility has everything we were looking for and the cost is well below other high-end facilities we considered, and it’s very beautiful inside and out!!!
