Very thorough and friendly service. This was my second home purchase and I was very happy to use their service again!

Fantastic, knowledgeable, and efficient. Scott and his partner Mike both came to the home we were looking to purchase on-time (even a bit early) to get ahead start on our home inspection. They went over the house multiple times to make sure that they didn't miss anything. Their report was the most detailed I have ever seen for a home inspector and they even did a radon test and recall check on the appliances. I didn't know Scott until I Googled them to find someone in the area. They were great to work with, easy to schedule, and really took their time to show me things I should be concerned with on our home. Very impressed.

Mike B. did a great job with my home inspection. He was kind and very helpful. He encouraged me to ask any questions that came up and had an explanation for everything he was doing. The binder I received with my complete inspection was a great bonus. I would recommend this company.

Although the service is not cheap, we absolutely got our money's worth with our pre-sale home inspection. Scott was extremely detailed in his observations, and the subsequent report has been quite valuable as I've been able to get out in front of any potential issues that could have been leveraged by a buyer to decrease our asking price. We will certainly use him as our inspector for the next house!

These guys were the best home inspectors we have ever used! Scott and Mike were so thorough and really knew their stuff. I wouldn’t suggest any one else if they were in need of home inspectors. Scott was awesome and answered any questions I had for him, he obviously was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when pointing out possible issues and even the potential fixes for them. Again, highly professional and I would recommend and use them every time!
