The friendliest management and instructors that you will ever find are here. The facilities are always clean. Availability of equipment has never been a problem. If you like convenience, the freedom to get in, get your workout done, and leave to go about your day with one in the ‘win’ column, then you’ll like this place. Can’t beat it.
I got to join in on a boot camp on thanksgiving when I was visiting from Australia. Chris was a great trainer who worked with what I was able to do. He was very kind and calm, and the course was heaps of fun and totally within the entire classes capabilities.
It was a great experience, and I loved how clean the gym was.
Absolutely love the owners. Highly supportive and amazingly professional. Never an issue with respect or requirements - my workouts are tailored to my capabilities and I am never left feeling as though I am embarrassed or left behind.
The teamwork the owners show means I always know where I stand, no matter who I am working with. There is never any "he said, she said" but more of a "we have discussed this and we feel this is the best way to move forward."
Highly recommend and am so grateful they have opened.
