  I am an advocate for businesses that have extremely attentive and well-executed customer service. As a service-based, patient focused business, Lake Country Health Center prides ourselves on personalized care in an industry that lost its emphasis on CARE a long time ago and instead has a clinical, assembly line feel these days.
  
  While these are two very separate industries, I have had experience with ordering and working with a variety of promotional companies for the past 14 years.
  
  I can sincerely say that OnTime Promo & Apparel hits the ball out of the park, every time. Whether I am needing quotes on promo items that our team thought would be good offerings for upcoming sponsored events or I am placing an order for staff gifts, Jeni D has had unbelievably quick responses and always is so very attentive to our needs. I honestly am not sure how she juggles it all. She is courteous but to the point and doesn’t waste my time (something I truly value these days), offers other ideas and add on items that complement our order, and finds time to locate a variety of options for the items we seek. She sends everything off for design and print efficiently and her communication throughout the process is spot on. She has an enormous portfolio of items and when I request a quote for something, she provides a list of different pieces at different price points for me to choose from. The items that we’ve ordered have been quality, as well.

  Our group needed shirts in a hurry for the volunteers for Wehr Nature Center's Ladies Night Out and OnTime did a great job! The shirts look fabulous and the service was spectacular. Thank you!!

  The whole experience working with OnTime was wonderful from start to finish. I was on a time crunch to have sweatshirts and shirts made for my company before a marketing photo shoot and another company I had contacted first dropped the ball leaving me with a very short window of time to get them made. Mike and Ben from OnTime ordered the specific apparel I wanted a immediately and got started on them right away! Their communication was top notch and my apparel turned out better than I even imagined. They were also significantly cheaper than the first company I contacted. If you want high quality screen printed apparel at a fair price from a business with excellent customer service, this is your place!! I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

  OnTime Promo & Apparel has exceptional service and their printing quality is outstanding. I have been working with them for the past 10 years and haven't had a single complaint. They help out with design ideas, clearly outline the print process with industry specific suggestions on apparel, and (pun intended) are always on-time with our orders. I highly recommend this company for your printing and apparel needs!
