  Justin and Jennifer were wonderful to work with. They turned what can be a stressful situation into enjoyable nights. I don’t think we went very long without laughing when we were all together. Justin’s knowledge of the homes was incredible helpful. These two went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home! There is no question that we will be working with Bluebell Realty in the future!

  As a first time home buying family my wife and I did not know the extent of the journey we were about to go through. Fortunately for us Austin was on our side. Early on he meet with us to make sure that our time was properly invested, which was wise and appreciated. My wife was in her third trimester of pregnancy and I had been tasked with helping launch a new department at a local university. He was working with two stressed out and emotional individuals. To say that he navigated these dangerous waters with great foresight is an understatement. As we began searching for homes he was incredibly accommodating. Then, once we found a home that we wanted to make an offer on he was an advocate for not only my wife and I but for our two children and the one that was on the way. He worked tirelessly to ensure that any potential safety concerns were addressed. He also made sure that our money went further, he absolutely excels at making deals and negotiating. When it was all said and done we ended up in a home we love at a price we did not expect. I would recommend Austin and Bluebell Realty without any hesitation.

  These are, by far, the best agents we have ever worked with and we have had agents in multiple states. Do not hesitate to call Justin and Jennifer to sell your house or help you buy one. They are helping us but and they went above and beyond. They're even great with kids.

  My wife Nichole and I chose Bluebell Realty to assist us in purchasing our first home. I had always heard how stressful it can be buying a new home however, this was not our experience. We did most of our showings with Justin; his upbeat personality and sense of humor paired with a thorough knowledge of real estate made for an enjoyable and stress-free home buying experience. Our current employment situation only allowed for us to see homes in the evenings and weekends. Justin sacrificed many of these time slots to accommodate our schedules which is hard to find and speaks highly to his character and how seriously he takes his business. Another great positive with Bluebell was their communication turnaround time. Currently in the Milwaukee area real estate market moves very quickly and rapid communication is key to avoid missing out on your dream home. This was never an issue as we were able to get a response about booking showings almost immediately. Finally, with this being our first home purchase, we had a limited understanding of the home buying process. But, by the time we closed everything became a lot clearer thanks to knowledge being shared and explained by Justin along the way. All in all, our experience was Bluebell realty was outstanding as we are beyond happy with our new home. With that being said, I will definitely use their services next time we have a housing need and I would highly recommend Bluebell realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home as their dedication to their clients is unmatched.
