She's always there to answer any question I may have about my policies. Amber's response time is exceptional! I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a phone call or email - she even responds to me when she's on vacation. I can honestly say that Amber cares about her customers and she's not about just gaining another client she cares about educating anyone and if possible everyone about the services AFLAC offers. Claims are super easy to process online and they are very fast just as their commercials say they are.

Amber not only explained how the Aflac supplemental insurance does not cost our company anything, but it helps share the responsibility for insurance decisions with the employees. After doing a presentation to our staff, many, including myself, have taken advantage of this outstanding extra coverage. It was very surprising to me how little it costs and I've already had several claims paid for hospital visits. I can't recommend Amber highly enough. She is a very knowledgeable professional that takes great care in providing superior customer service. No wonder she is well on her way to becoming the top in her region.
