(January 8, 2020, 11:23 pm)Daneen does a great job sharing her Mind Shift Yoga practice. I really enjoyed the Eat Well, Sleep Well, Think Well Retreat that she facilitated last November. The presentations were very informative. Was also nice to share personal struggles and successes as well as time on the mat with a great group of people. Her Eat Well workshop this past weekend was a great refresher. I am looking forward to attending the Sleep and Think Well workshops the next two Saturdays.🧘♂️❤️
