The paralegal I corresponded with was timely and thorough. I was advised to not pursue a claim against for injuries (head, jaw, neck and shoulders) sustained in my accident. Tha accident was caused by negligent road design, construction, inspection, and/or materals. I was disappointed to learn that government is largely immune to accountability for their negligence. And I was disappointed further when I was told my claim would be more costly (attorney fees and expert witness fees) than the likely recovered amount. Sour taste in my mouth that the system does not promote accountability.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service that Doug Swanson had provided for our case. His diligence was shown by over documenting and being one step ahead of the insurance company. This displayed his belief in our case which provided a very favorable result.
