Very helpful I've only been to this store twice was more familiar with the Madison store but I went in and they helped me pick out some juice and the next time I got same juice and helped me find some other stuff I needed. Thank you for hiring helpful people! Good help is so hard to find and you guys definitely do a great job so again you guys rock and thanks again, I'll definitely recommend you guys to anyone looking for vape supplies.

This was my first visit to this store, but I am very familiar with the two Madison stores, where I've been made welcome for almost six years. The experience was much the same, for which I am thankful. Wide selection of products at reasonable prices considering the blows that have been dealt to the vape industry in the past two years. The staff are still Infinite Vapor's greatest asset, in my opinion. They are well informed, friendly and patient. I will be back, of course.

Stopped in while I was in the area for a couple things I needed. The employee working was super helpful with describing different flavors and making recommendations. I got what I needed and a couple extras to try as well. I can’t say I’ll be in often as I’m rarely in the area, but I’d gladly come back if I was, and I’d definitely recommend Infinite Vapor to anyone local!

Great customer service and great products. Their e-liquid choices are superb. They'll take their time with me when I want to try something new, even if there's others waiting. Staff is always very nice and patient when helping me with new product. Highly recommend.

I have been going to IV for years now. Always a good experience. Really friendly staff, great selection of product. Recently had an issue with a purchase and the manager went above and beyond my expectations to resolve.
