Jules is the best osteopath I have ever been to! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what she is doing etc. I can not say enough good things about her!
Jules is an amazing Osteopath that is empathetic and caring whilst maintaining the utmost of professionalism. Years of equestrian related injuries have taken their toll on my back and neck, but as soon as I start to feel uncomfortable, I know that going to see Jules will sort me out and allow me to get back to enjoying my life. Jules has an extensive background in equestrian sports and even used her skills at the London 2012 Olympics, so I trust her implicitly. Jules always takes the time to explain exactly what is going wrong and not only 'fixes me' but teaches me what I can do to help myself as well. I wholeheartedly recommend her to all of my friends, and especially to people who are nervous about seeing an Osteopath, as she instantly puts your mind at ease.
Working with horses I always find my back, neck, hips or ribs hurt a lot. on my first visit to Jules, she had worked out where my problems were and had me sorted out by the end of the session. I would definitely go back to her every time.
As a returning multi sport athlete and outdoor professional I need to keep my body in top condition. The rigors and trials of working and training 7 days a week and the different demands of sports such as climbing, cycling, kayaking and running amongst many others are all extremely different on the body. Before meeting Jules I have always had niggles and injuries recurring on me stopping me from reaching my best at any point in the year. Having started working with Jules early in 2014 I have finally reached my goal of competing for 12 months in a row without injury or illness knocking back my progress. I have managed to compete for over 100 days this year something I would have never believed that I could do even a year ago. Add to that I have spent 80 days on expedition and all of this with the constant support and advice from Jules.
Simply put without the support of Jules there is no possible way any of my achievements this year could have happened including new personal bests at half marathon, 10 and 5km running and 100, 25 and 10 mile cycling also achieving the road race trophy of my cycling club.
Thank you Jules for a fantastic 2014 and I can't wait to tell you whats coming up in 2015!
Having had a hip replacement I was suffering severe discomfort. A visit to Jules at Palm sorted the problem and life is now much better.
