(September 16, 2022, 7:56 am)Staff came out the same day and investigated but was unable to find what caused the carpet to be wet. Followed up. It seems to have resolved itself. Still have bugs though. I put in request for that too.

The office staff is always very helpful, they make your home very pleasant. Maintenance keeps everything working in a safe and efficient manner. I consider Lancaster Place my home and my family. You won't regret living here. It is pleasant every day. The apartments are very spacious and well laid out. All of the apartments have a private outdoor space. There is a pool here, tennis court, fitness center, laundry facility, valet trash pick up, and a safe place if you like to take a daily walk. I highly recommend making Lancaster your home. You won't regret it.
