Floyd went way beyond what could be considered “normal” assistance in helping us buy Smith Lake property in 2020. There were significant hurdles with limited water frontage and Floyd worked very hard over several months to obtain permission for the lake amenities in our offer. Thanks to Floyd’s persistence and dedication, we were able to contract and purchase the property. We highly recommend listing with Floyd or looking at properties with him in the markets he serves.
