Love CFES- great coaches! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The classes are perfectly sized. I learned so much from functional movements to nutrition.

Finishing up first 6 week challenge and very pleased with results. Extremely supportive and very effective classes , loved the programming they do there .

Just a few days thus far and I feel it’s a very nice place to rediscover my fitness. A place which can make you realize you can do better, reach better heights of fitness. Experienced trainers who can help tweak workouts that suits your goals. Flexible schedule, variety of workouts, do at your own pace and intensity and awesome group of people to workout alongside.
