  I was very fortunate to find Untamed Fitness and Chris Thompson. When I needed a full hip replacement, Chris put together a plan and strategy for me to Pre-hab which gave me a phenomenal outcome. Post surgery, I was back in the gym 1 week later with Chris, starting my rehabilitation. (He had to tie my shoes because I could bend over, yet) ?
  If you want a caring, knowledgeable and patient trainer who makes you work hard, call Chris. I highly recommend him for all of your Fitness or rehab needs.

  Such an amazing training staff and fitness family. They trained me for my last competition, which I received my Pro Card in! Thank You so much! While the training is by no means “easy”, they help you all the way and make it fun as well!! I have never trained with such an amazing group before. Thank you Untamed Fitness for all your help and dedication!!

  Chris and Natasha are the most amazing trainers. You become part of their family when you work with them no matter what level. I had the best experiences ever at the gym with them and they held me accountable but they did it in a way that was so uplifting. I highly recommend them to anyone and I tell everyone I know that Untamed is the only way to go for fitness of body and mind. Untamed for LIFE!

  Untamed is like no other, one of a kind. My wife and I have been with Untamed for a little more than 5 years and we simply love it. The atmosphere with in Untamed is more than a trainer client feel, it's more like a family, a family that celebrates accomplishments, supports goals through accountability, and embraces everyone no matter your level of fitness. When we found Untamed we found a good thing.

  I have been working with Chris for over two months now. I am very happy with him. He is very detailed, has many program options, is willing to accommodate the busy worker and follows up on everything. His daily posts help keep me accountable and keep me thinking about my goals daily. I am not sure you can ask for mush more from a personal trainer.
