From the moment we arrived at the lot, the customer service was apparent. Ana asked us what we were looking for and only showed us cars we would get approved for. Every step of the way Ana went above and beyond for us! My husband is a veteran and our income is fixed but we don't get pay stubs like everyone else. Despite the red tape that comes along with dealing with the VA, Ana was so kind and patient and understanding. We left with an SUV just like we wanted, a GMC Terrain, and are very happy with our vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends. Ana is an excellent employee with a huge heart and great customer service skills! She is a huge asset to this dealership.
