Moving from Hawaii to Arizona during Covid times has its challenges. We wanted to buy a home in Arizona quickly but because of Hawaii quarantine requirements we couldn’t get there to see it in person. We connected with Katie Foskett from Springs Realty and she was amazing. We had a list of requirements and Katie lined up properties for us to consider. We quickly realized that as soon as properties were being listed, they were being snapped up. One in particular interested us, she managed to be one of the first to view it, she took us for a video walk through, she connected well with the sellers agent and made it happen!

All through the process, Katie kept us informed of next steps, let us know about setting up utilities, organized inspections, worked the escrow agents, arranged cleaning and she was even there to meet us on the big day when we finally arrived at our new home.

Buying a home has never been so easy and we are super happy.
