Peoria Post Acute and Rehabilitation

I am current patient at Peoria and throughout my medical journey I've been a patient at many different skilled nursing facilities. I have never received the care and rehabilitation that Peoria provides from any other place. The therapy team is outstanding. Each therapist cares about your individual situation and provides you with positive encouragement and hope to get well. The whole staff takes the time to listen to your needs and assists at providing you with the help they can give.

This facility is by far one of the cleanest and most professional ones I’ve ever been inside. The amount of help you receive is very comforting and management is very helpful in resolving any concerns you may have. Teamwork is very much so valued here. Peoria is my second home, I never think twice about coming in to help out because I know it’ll be a great night regardless the day of the week. I highly recommend Peoria Post acute for those seeking rehab/therapy or those looking for a great work environment.

I’ve worked at many places and this is by far my favorite job. All staff including CNA’s, maintenance, kitchen, front desk, etc. work as a family here. Everyone helps each other out to make sure we give the best care to our residence. There are high talks about Lucy, head of kitchen, and how amazing her food taste. They are quick to help and find the best solutions to make everyone happy. It makes the staff smile when the residence tell us how great we’re doing. We love to welcome new people here at Peoria and we enjoy the beautiful work environment we as a family created.

My father had a two-week rehab stay at Peoria Post Acute recently. The staff was wonderful, very attentive, and he thought the therapy team was terrific. Both of my parents really enjoyed the food too! The leadership team there is amazing and were quick to answer any questions we had. They kept us informed of his progress towards reaching his goals to be able to discharge home. We were very pleased with the outcome.
