(March 12, 2018, 8:35 pm)I have come so far in the 2 years I have been training with Alec. He is so knowledgeable, and always puts me through the ringer. When I first visited Underground, I had very poor posture as I am a preschool teacher and I sit on toddler chairs all day. Alec had exercises specifically targeting the muscles I needed to strengthen in order to correct my posture. Two months later, we moved to the goal of weight loss and I am down 20 lbs and look great in a bikini! I could not be more thankful for Underground Fitness!

I'm currently training with Brian; he has been a great mentor and coach thus far and I'm extremely encouraged to see the results.
Brian is flexible with schedules but more importantly he is adaptive to how each persons body responds and therefore ensures your session is tailored to your physical endurance.
I'm confident I'll reach my goals following Brian's prescribed methodology.
An avid sports fanatic, Brian makes each session enjoyable and entertaining, which is important to me... have fun while seriously working out.
