F45 Training Desert Ridge

I cannot say enough good things about F45! F45 provides the perfect combination of weight training and conditioning. The coaches bring their passion and high energy to every class. They are always ready to push you. I also enjoy the music, variety of equipment, cleanliness, and community.

Great coaches, studio, and workouts. All of the coaches are so friendly, helpful, and encouraging. The workouts are tough, but the variety makes them go by super quickly, and it keeps it fun and interesting on a daily basis. All exercises are modifiable to any fitness level, and the coaches are good about showing modification options. The studio is also very clean and in a great location.

I love F45 at Desert Ridge! Every class goes by so fast, the studio is always clean and well maintained, and the management is excellent. If I ever have any questions or concerns, Connor is quick to answer. All of the coaches are so nice and have helped me so much. These workouts are fun and effective. Also, can't beat the location on beautiful High Street!

I’m the kind of person that gets bored with repetitive workouts. The thing I love about F45 is that the workouts are different everyday and I’m already feeling stronger! The coaches are very encouraging and so friendly. The equipment is always clean and the music is great! The “family” atmosphere is inspiring and makes you want to give it your all. Definitely worth the investment!

Such an amazing gym experience! The coaches are top notch. They are so nice and love getting to know you before and after classes. They are also so good at making the smallest little corrections to help my form or make it that much harder! They also sure know how to push me to my limits and work through the timer.
The studio itself is super clean and really big for an F45. Plenty of space to workout! They have a great location and seem to really be on top of everything and keeping it nice and organized!
