  Took one of my close girlfriends to dinner here and it was such a special place. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The salmon was out of this world. Our server was even kind enough to comp us their chocolate mousse dessert. All of the staff were incredible. 10/10 would come again. We even mentioned it would be a great resort to Stay-cation at.

  I had a lovely brunch at Hearth ‘61 last weekend! The food is simple and delicious! The restaurant is very nice, clean, and beautiful. There is a wonderful desert mountain view from anywhere you sit. I highly recommend!

  This place was an unexpected delight. I’m always wary of resort restaurants, and yet Hearth ‘61 exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed quality dishes with great flavors, friendly staff, and gorgeous views. Our favorite was the basil tortellini, and the market branzino (the flavors in these were surprising and yummy). Would definitely come back. Pro tip: take a walk around the pool after dinner and check out the art past the concierge.

  The service was a little slow, but otherwise, what a wonderful place for a brunch! Delicious waffles with berries and sweet cream, mimosas, eggs benedict, shaded patio, beautiful location, and much more. Would definitely visit again!
  
  Update: came back July 2019 - even better! Great food, friendly service, excellent drinks!

  So delicious! I had the bagel with salmon for brunch & it was seriously to die for. I never knew a bagel could be so luxury. The atmosphere was pleasant & peaceful and our waiter made sure we had everything perfect. The manager even came by to chat with everyone. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved it. We hope to stay at the resort soon and go back for a bite.
