  Positive experience living here for 1.5 years. Besides the road noise and weird people walking down McKellips, it's a nice, well-kept, up-to-date apartment complex. I enjoyed using the pool and grills. Love that there is an washer/dryer in every unit. The maintenance team does a great job responding to issues within 1 or 2 days, very reliable. It is nice they are dog friendly, but I do wish they had a dog park! Friendly staff in the leasing office, very helpful and responsive. This place is a good value price wise for the area. Definitely recommend this place.

  I am in love with this apartment community! There is a great "home" vibe that you can definitely feel on the property. It is very close to ASU and near the Orbit bus line which takes you to campus for free! As a student, that is super convenient for me. I'm also so happy that this is a pet friendly community!
  
  Also, a huge shout out to Juley. She has been super helpful and pleasant from day one!

  Really liked this complex. The staff was great. The neighbors weren't too bad and the area was always clean. Only issue I really ran into was parking. Only had 1 parking spot but had 2 cars and a bike that needed to be parked on a regular basis. Location was great. Many things within walking distance. If you don't want to walk, or bike you can take Tempe Orbit, it stops literally right out front of the office. All the apartments were the same (other than flooring, upstairs had more carpet than downstairs) and had washer/dryers. For the price, location and convenience, I really liked this complex.

  We love this community! Most units are inward facing giving a sense of community. We appreciate the green grass. The property is well maintained and maintenance is highly responsive. We love walking in the neighborhood behind the complex at night and feel safe doing so. Would recommend!
