I lived here for about 7 months, and had a great experience. Amoneeta is a kind, helpful, flexible landlord and does his best to make the house a clean and sustainable place to live. The house has a backyard with clotheslines and a compost pile, and most of the appliances are earth-friendly. There's a fully stocked kitchen and the rooms are furnished, which is definitely a plus. It is a pretty small house, though, and the 3 bedrooms are connected wall to wall.. so sound carries well. I think Amoneeta tends to pick respectful and quiet people, so it's not too much of a problem. One big advantage of the house is its proximity to the bikeways leading through the parks and ponds between Scottsdale and Tempe.

I had a great experience renting from Amoneeta. As a graduate student seeking temporary housing, this was a great situation. The house is very close to shopping and the highway which I found to be very convenient. Amoneeta was very kind and helpful during the 3 months I rented from him. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a rental in the Phoenix area.
