After discussing my situation it was determined that this would be best me handle this personally and use small-claims court. Morgan is AMAZING!!! I am a first time home buyer and am not familiar with the home buying process in AZ, top that with friends and family back home badgering me that I need a closing attorney and you can imagine how frazzled I was. I decided to call and get information on whether I would need to hire an attorney for my closing. I had called another office and they didn't think twice about quoting me at an outrageous amount ($350 for the consultation and $1750 and up for presentation). Morgan was nice enough to get on the phone with me and advise that in AZ it is not customary to have a closing attorney and gave me some great information on when an attorney may be necessary during a closing.
