  I reached out to Wells Realty Group to discuss options for dealing with my home. I had experienced a hardship (job loss) and wanted to understand all options available to me. Jason Wells went through all of the options in detail and in a way that I could understand. He explained the pros and cons of each option and helped me make the right decision for my situation. Although I was very impressed with his knowledge of the industry, I was more impressed by the kind and compassionate manner he spoke with me. I am so grateful that I found Wells Realty Group because I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. Everyone at Wells was very knowledgeable and extended the same kindness to me. A special thank you to Chris Niederhauser who is a fantastic negotiator, Brian Allen who sold my home and Stella Casillas who is a superstar manager that kept things rolling along and going smoothly.   What an absolute fabulous experience. Andrew Diaz and team were incredible. Everyone around said that selling at this time of the year was impossible and that we would be better off waiting 'til Spring. O' Contrar! They hadn't met my agent obviously. It was great to actually find an agent with no agenda other than just helping his clients have the best experience possible. The attention to detail, responsiveness, communication and advocacy were top notch. Would definitely use again and already recommending to my friends!

  Everyone at Wells was wonderful. I went to them with little hope of selling my home and having to resort to a short sale...or worse....a bankruptcy. Jason could not have been more understanding and informative. I decided to try a traditional sale......In 21/2 weeks my place sold....the back and forth negotiation was seamless with no stress at all. In less than a month all was done and I got paid!!!
  The staff at the office were great! Always answered phone calls and questions.
  I would recommend Jason Wells and his firm without hesitation!!!!

  Dylan was a huge help to us in finding the right house. We found him through a website back in January 2012. He showed us a few houses and we told him up front that we weren’t prepared to buy and wouldn’t be for a few months, but we wanted to get a feel for the market. Dylan was extremely patient with us and kept in contact without ever once being pushy. Six months later we decided to start looking seriously and Dylan was immediately ready to show us the houses we were interested in (in almost every case the same day we contacted him).
  He was also the reason we were able to find a house in our somewhat unique situation. We moved back to Michigan for the summer to spend some time with family and continued looking for houses in Phoenix while we were out of the state. He offered to walk through any house we were interested in and to even be present for inspections if we couldn’t make it to Arizona. When we found the house we eventually ended up buying Dylan was more than willing to take several pictures of the inside and out as well as draft up a floor plan of the layout. He even took a friend of ours back through the house a few hours later to get a second look at it. We felt that he was always forth-coming with the faults and strengths of each house. When we had issues with various parties (seller, lender) he was incredibly patient and attentive, getting the necessary paperwork to the correct parties in a timely fashion and soothing nerves in every case. I would say that our scenario ended up being a fairly complicated one, and Dylan handled it extremely well.
  In summary Dylan was helpful, competent, friendly, honest, consistent, and knowledgeable throughout our months of interactions with him. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
