  I have been coming here for about 5 years. The studio feels good, the instructors are great and Michele in particular is a very nice and down to earth person. The approach to yoga and sequences are well choreographed, and everyone fits in no matter what level or ability. Students are all nice, too. I definitely recommend it!

  Absolutely LOVE Yoga for Today, the location is fantastic, easy to find, and it is an amazing atmosphere to be in for meditation, stretching, learning, and self growth. Michele has created a warm and inviting space. Her fees are reasonable and her monthly set up is so convenient.

  I love the "family" style vibe at Yoga for Today. I feel comfortable going because everyone from staff to other students is so nice. The instructors are great - always able to offer alternative moves if something proves too difficult. I definitely recommend Yoga for Today!

  I love Yoga for Today! It's the best yoga experience I've ever encountered. The instructors are great, and one feels a part of a yoga community. There is personal attention and engagement that goes well beyond what one would normally expect from a yoga class. I can't say enough good things about it.
