  I came in on a groupon looking for a gym that wasn't hardcore crossfit, but more challenging than zumba.
  
  I found that nice balance and great crew at After it Training and signed up for a membership. People are amazing, workouts challenging and widely varied keeping it interesting I look forward to being here a long time

  Awesome gym! The trainers cultivate a very encouraging environment. I love the CrossFit feel of the gym with unique twists- the sandbags and maces are a great way to challenge your body in a different way. The workouts are a great mix of strength and conditioning and easy to modify for injuries or any limitations. I have to give a shout-out to Aaron- he remembered me from one of their free Saturday workouts months before I started to come with ClassPass- what a way to make someone feel included and comfortable in a new gym! Thanks guys!

  Extremely happy with this gym and the trainers here. Everyone is extremely personable and helpful with anyone individual fitness desires. I did a month trial period to start and was instantly hooked by the dynamic workouts! Check it out!

  I love this gym...I have never done weight training before and I actually enjoyed doing it. I sucked at it at first, but the trainers are amazing and made me feel very comfortable and showed me the proper way of building my strength. The trainers are very knowledgeable and they would have you concentrate on proper form rather than speed. I also like the variety of workouts, and although some are challenging for me, they make it fun. I always feel good after a workout, it's almost like having a personal trainer who encourage and coach you thru the workouts. The entire staff are always happy, energetic and willing to help you in all areas of your fitness goal.
