They always fit me in - they’re soooo nice and friendly and, most importantly, Dr. Don adjusts my neck and back so I feel better that same day! I used to live in Oro Valley so I was close. Two years ago I moved to the NE part of town but it’s still so worth the extra miles and time to come here!

(September 3, 2018, 4:38 pm)I have been seeing Dr. Don Shiflet for about three years now. I initially started seeing him because I injured my back in CrossFit. Even though I am long past that particular injury I still keep going to him. The thing I like best about Dr. Don is that he keeps digging until he figures out exactly what is going on. He doesn't just do a cookie cutter adjustment like others I have seen. He definitely helped me get through the healing process. Additionally, he also showed me how to maintain my lower back's health by following a sustainable regimen of stretching and strengthening exercises. When I overdo it and need an adjustment, Dr. Don will always be my first choice.

(July 13, 2018, 10:35 pm)I found this 5 star rating on the web, and decided to try it out. I am all in with the 5 star rating. Dr. Don is the best. I was having a lot of hip and knee pain, and after 8 visits, I have none. I encourage people to not expect results too soon. It did take 8 visits for me, and I plan on going back when needed. Thank you, Dr. Don. You'll be recommended by me!
