ATP is the real deal. The gym has so much unique equipment that other gyms don't. They also offer fantastic personal training for CHEAPER than more well known gyms. If you train here you will see results.

I came across ATP and Adam about 2 months ago.. as someone who doesn't have much of any experience with the equipment.. I knew getting professional experience was a must! I recommend this place to anyone that is thinking about getting into shape or just needs that extra motivation to keep making progress. You will absolutely get the most out of it. He is qualified as well as extremely easy to talk to. He has no issue answering any questions you may have.

Advance Training and Powerlifting has help me reach my goals and then some. If I could sum up ATP in three words it would be Accommodating, Knowledgeable, and Reliable. Adam is hands down the best trainer I have ever had! He takes the time to explain how to do everything, and also the reasons why. He has some really awesome equipment that I've never used before and absolutely love. I'll never use another trainer again!
