Banner Urgent Care

I took my grandson in for a sports physical to the Banner Clinic at Empire and Gary. I called the clinic ahead of time and spoke with a remarkably bright and genuinely polite young lady who was very helpful. I made the appointment on- line and grandson and I were there on time. We were greeted by another remarkable and cheerful young lady who was very helpful with the paperwork. The overall visit was quick but very precise and we were out of there within 45 minutes. Very impressive. The staff there was extremely polite and professional.

The fastest radiographs and blood draw I have ever gotten! I felt like the Dr had very good intentions, and they covered all of their bases. I felt like the nurses and doctors understood me and had my best interests in mind. My ONLY complaint, is that the nurse changed only the paper on the table without wiping the table down with disinfectant after the previous patient.
They were still very diligent in all other aspects.

Since I couldn't make an appointment because the online system kept acting up. I walked in not being sure if they were going to be able to see me but my overall visit went fast and pleasant. Everyone was nice and professional from the receptionist to the NP. Her name is Felicia Hill she was great, professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely go back if need to. I totally recommend this urgent clinic.

Staff was efficient and very friendly. They got me right in and I didn't have to wait long back in the room either. Even though I was in and out quickly, I never felt like they were rushing me through as just another body to see. They made me feel like they actually saw me as a person.
