I had to buy prepaid phone at Tmobile.
Even I am not strong at English, Mr. Johnny assisted everything for me. He is very kind and perfect.
When I visited again because I got a problem in my plan,  he remember me.
He called customer center instead of me for solve the problem. And he made clear.
I think he is always ready to help customer.

Came pretty late around 8:45 PM. Guys were so responsive and could help me and my wife very fast. And also gave us a good discount. Very satisfied with the service of this store. Five plus stars, guys! Thank you very much! Comparing to another store located in Pleasanton at the Stoneridge mall, where we treated very poor below 1 star couple weeks ago.
